Basic Terms :

2. Colours may differ due to LCD Resolution
3. All Items Sold are 100% BRAND NEW, unless stated otherwise.
Ordering
Please double-check order before ordering.
If item arrived wrongly due to wrong information given, all exchange fees will be borne by you. Once you purchase something from us, you agreed to our terms and conditions.
Payment
Once payment is not in within 1 week after we have receive your
order form, the order will be automatically cancelled and we'll not take any further responsibilities.Please scan a photo of the payment receipts and sent it to [email protected] for verification.Please note that cancelled goods will not be refunded.
Delivery
We will not be responsible for lost mails in delivery,
therefore you are encourage to use registered postage.
We will not be responsible for items damaged during Singpost delivery,simply because we did not damage the items, singpost should take the responsibility. Refunds will not be given in this case.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will only be given if :
1. You have sent payment and we wish to cancel your order.
2. We ordered the wrong items/ colours and you have evidence.
3. Other special cases and valid reasons which we will discuss among ourselves and reason is valid, max. only 50% of the retail price will be refunded.
However, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchases, and all shipping fees resulting from exchange will be borne by the buyer.
Therefore, we are not responsible for unsatisfying items you have receive,however, we ensure you to our best responsiblity that we'll check them thoroughly and ensure they are close as possible to the pictures and descriptions, before selling and trading it with any of our customers.
We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at our own will,of which changes will take effect immdiately to all orders given to us.
